Java4Juice

allows non-profits, sports teams or individuals to create an account on Java4Juice. A part of the account information includes uploading a photo or logo and writing a brief summary for your customers to view. When your customers visit the site it is customized with your organizations photo/logo and summary at the top of every page.

Once you have created your account you will be able to upload your email database or add participants and customers into your account. As soon as you add them, the Java4Juice system sends out an automated email prompting them to come back and support your organization. Again this email is personalized with your organizations photo/logo, organization name, your name and your customer’s name. This helps insure a personal feel to all correspondence and gets it through SPAM filters.

Java4Juice is also a perfect solution for teams, youth groups or any organization where members are an active part of the fundraising efforts. The system has three types of accounts within each organization; let's look at them using the example of a baseball team:

Leader

The Leader registers the account and has permission to add/edit any and all information, participants or customers as they need. For this example the Leader would be the coach.

Participant

Participants are invited by the leader and have access to the control panel but can only upload customers and view the organizational information. Participants do not have permission to view/edit other Participants databases. For this example a Participant is a baseball player.

Customers

Customers are typically who makes the majority of the purchases. Customers are usually friends, family, donors or other supporting members of your organization. They do not have access to the Fundraising Control Panel.

Java4Juice has also taken care of the “Thank you”.

24 hours after a customer makes a purchase they automatically receive an email thanking them for their purchase. Again this email is personalized with your organizations name, the name of the person who invited the customer and the customer’s name.
